All one (1) bedroom unit buyers must buy a parking space Studio unit buyers can also purchase a parking unit at P500,000.00
MISCELLANEOUS FEE
Buyers must be advised that there will be an additional 5.5% miscellaneous fee charge payable to Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. This amount will shoulder all expenses that will be incurred in the transfer of the title to the buyers name. The 5.5% miscellaneous fee is not subject to 12% VAT.
IN-HOUSE BUYERS
Buyers availing of a IN-HOUSE FINANCING scheme should pay the FULL amount of the miscellaneous fee.
Miscellaneous fee can be paid monthly together with the 15% Down Payment Payable within twenty-four (24) months without interest. 85% Balance payable as follows:
- Ten (10) years at 14% interest per annum (Fixed Factor = 0.01553)
- Twenty (20) years 11% interest per annum (Fixed Factor = 0.01032)
BANK FINANCING BUYERS
Buyers availing of a BANK FINANCING scheme should pay Sta. Lucia Land, Inc. The FULL amount of the miscellaneous fee together with the down payment. This necessary for Sta. Lucia to transfer the CCT in the name of the buyer that is a major bank requirement to process and release the bank loan. Please note that miscellaneous fee does not include fees that may be incurred registering the loan.
